Can my booking be changed?
At any time your reservation can be modified.
And if you have booked a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, we will offer you a date extension.
How to cancel a reservation made via a booking platform (Booking, Expedia…?)
We invite you to contact the platform you used for your reservation directly.
Can I have a meal at the hotel?
Your continental breakfasts on a tray can be taken in your room or taken away.
You also have the possibility to take them in our dedicated space.
The strictest health guidelines are applied to ensure your safety and that of our employees.
Once the health crisis is over, we will be able to offer you a buffet breakfast.

Bars and restaurants have been authorized to open their terraces and indoor rooms, some establishments offer their dishes for sale to take away.
The reopening of Museums and Monuments has been staggered since June 9. some small museums are already open. Cinemas will be open.
The public gardens are now open (Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Tuileries....)
Public transport operates with restrictions and health safety rules. Wearing a mask is compulsory.

What additional hygiene and cleaning measures have you implemented?
We have planned:
The complete cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas before the reopening of the hotel.
Cleaning common areas including handles, switches, elevator buttons and room keys several times a day.
The use of bactericidal and virucidal disinfectant detergent products, active against the coronavirus.
What prevention measures have your teams adopted?
The staff is equipped with masks and hydroalcoholic gel.
The teams have been specifically trained in barrier gestures.
They make sure to wash their hands as often as possible.
How did you adapt the breakfast service?
Your breakfast can be served in your room or to take away according to the offer, rather than in the usual form of buffet in order to avoid any interaction.
Do you have hydroalcoholic masks and gels available to customers?
As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be invited to use the hydroalcoholic gel dispenser to disinfect your hands.
